U.S. Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network  has began to implement the B.O.I report this January 1, 2024 on the final beneficiaries or parthers.

Many companies doing business in the United States are required to report information to FinCEN, about who ultimately owns or controls them.

This Law requires National Companies sunc as LLCs, Corporations, and other entities that are created in U.S. and Foreign companies sunch as LLCs, Corporations Partnerships formed in other countries that they file and register to do busniess in the United States.
